Office staff: uncaring, terrible communication, curt, unhelpful. Paperwork: 8 double sided pages of extensive questions. Even when they already have your medical records. Plan on one hour to fill out paperwork if you are in pain and have extensive health history. Doctor: I am sorry to say I never got to meet him, had to reschedule due to paperwork taking all the time! This could have all been avoided if they had sent paperwork before appointment or told me to bring a complete health history!
I like Dr. Pico and crew because they prepped me carefully and explained everything. I had this nerve pain down the back of left leg but after 3 injections in 3 weeks , it was gone. It has been over 2 years and am ready for another visit. They are careful and clean. And after it over, you visit the rest area room and get a treat and some oj! The lady there is a sweetheart. She is mellow and smiles and makes you feel ok.
