I had an epidural yesterday at the office in Gilbert. Everyone was highly professional. Each employee informed me of what i should expect. They were very informative and professional. I highly recommend them.
He has done an injection on me and I am scheduled for another. He is competent and caring. My hubby is seeing him as well.
I was diagnosed with Facial CRPS 10 years ago and treated with stellate ganglion blocks. I found myself in CRPS pain again after a recent oral surgery, went to AZ pain. Enter Dr. Tristan Pico. I had been with 2 other practitioners there for my past abdominal surgery. Dr. Thakkar and staff always listen and get to the real problem , I have never felt rushed or less than important.
Dr. Thakkar is empathetic and thorough. He listens, he explains carefully, and he is highly effective in his treatments.
Office staff claimed they accepted my insurance, accepted copay and it turns out this dr only accepts insurance through employer which is DISCRIMINATION at its finest. He was very dismissive and treated my issues callously. Referred me to a place that didn't accept insurance as well. FAIL FAIL FAIL. GREEDY DOCTOR that disciminates against low income people.
I had two series of epidural injections from Dr. Pico and had excellent results. His office however is a disaster. Christine, the office manager does not return phone calls and neither does Dr. Pico for that matter. I have tried multiple times to get my next injunction but finally had to give up. I quit frankly find it hard to believe AZ Pain stays in business.
Dr Thakkar takes time to explain the procedure you are receiving and is very caring
This guys office is absolutely terrible. They are rude, negligent and bike. They lie and give misinformation about their policies and about medication. I cannot say enough awful things about this clinic.
