Loved eating here the past two times we went. I would have given it 5 stars both visits, but after last night it will take my family and I a long while to go back! The food is AMAZING!!!!
Ridiculous. The male waiter, didn’t even introduce himself so don’t have his name, is 100% incompetent. Took about 15 minutes to get a drink order. Ordered kids’ food with appetizers and I am not kidding, appetizers came out FORTY FIVE minutes later still with no kids meals. The waiter was extremely rude and a complete imbecile. This place is great. This was our first time coming and everything was delicious. Our waitress Jenn was very nice and made great suggestions. The banging shrimp and alligator bites are a must try along with their scrumptious pickles! We will be back!

Today was awful. We waited over an hour for food. The burger patties tasted like they were frozen. I asked for waffle fries and got Cajun fries, but waited so long i wasn’t about to wait on a correction. We asked for ketchup and napkins and i ended up having to get it for myself. I won’t be back.
My wife and I love it there! Jenn is our usual server and is super friendly, while having a great knowledge of their extensive menu. The food is wonderful, with such big portions that it's hard to finish it all. Our normal bartender, Joe, is friendly and professional - always ready to recommend something that we're sure to enjoy. The prices are reasonable and the service time is normal, although wait times will increase if there's a packed house - but the wait is always worth it to us! Ordered a salad as did another person and we were told out of salad dressing. Another waiter brought us dressing and told us girl who brought our food was too lazy to go to cooler to get the dressing.
