I just left Pickle Barrel after waiting for 20 minutes at a filthy table with not one person attempting to serve me. Plenty of people came in after me and were waited on. Will not go back.

I'm from out of town, but my boyfriend and I always like eating at Pickle Barrel when we come to visit his family. We ate here tonight, and our waitress was very nice and gave us great service. Our appetizer came out quickly and was delicious. However, it took quite a while for our actual food to come out, and they really were not busy. When we did get our food, it was pretty cold. awful service. waited 1 1/2 hours for over cooked burgers. Asked for manager and was told he wasn't there.
Service very very slow for four tables at 12:15 on a Thursday...
Had a party of 4 for lunch around one. Wasn't too busy, super nice server gave us drink and meal recommendations. Had our burgers and sandwiches out in a reasonably amount of time. Great food and never once had to ask for refills. Good place. 5 stars.
Horrible, wish I could give it a negative rating. Seemed as though our waitress was new and "too busy" to serve us properly. We waited for atleast 45 minutes for a couple sandwiches (why would it take so long to make a sandwich???) Waitress had to take my husband's food back to the kitchen TWICE.(how hard is it to make a sandwich) Others at the table were served before me and were completely done eating and waiting to leave before I even got my food. I called to place two lunch orders today. The girl that answered the phone asked me to hold for a minute. I have no problem holding. They don't actually put you on hold, they just lay the phone down. I could hear that she was helping someone so all is well. That is, until it's more than 10 minutes later AND I'M STILL WAITING. I could hear her complaining about someone trying to do her job and screwing it up, then discussing nursing jobs. HELLO? Maybe if you would do your job, someone else wouldn't have to do it.
