4 out of 4 times I've waited 45 mins plus for my food. All at lunch time starting at 11:30 which isn't rush hour for lunch crowd. The second time I never even got my food and 45 mins for my daughter to get a GRILLED CHEESE. On the third trip i had three friends and my daughter here at the same time 11:30 the same exact problem happened my friends didn't get there food for an hour. The service has been going downhill for a while, but after tonight, they have lost my business altogether. Our waiter was also the bartender for some reason. He had to ask us for our drink orders twice, unsweet tea and water, before bringing them to us. My husband's bacon and bleu burger had no bacon. We sat with our food in front of us for five minutes after he claimed he would bring us silverware. Instead he stayed up at the bar bantering with some extremely loud, intoxicated bar patrons. One of my favorites!
It is great to see a craft beer place in Monroe. I stopped in and enjoyed the food and beer. That being said, the bathroom was disgusting, and it was 6pm and not busy. The whole place was a little dirty and left me with the impression that management is not paying attention to detail.
