absolutely horrible ownership. no surprise it's closed. they owe their kitchen staff a few checks in unpaid wages (myself included). And they refuse to talk to any of us. what a joke.
There should be a list on the tables for customers telling them what the restaurant is out of in order for them to place an order or print an updated menu. No crawfish, no fries, no pickles, no chips. The wait staff are having to try to function in an environment where they are not being supported by the owners.
Extremely slow and out of most foods. Will not be going back.
RecommendedJoe has been our server the past few times we’ve been. He has been amazing. Quick to seat us, take our order, refill our drinks, etc. he is always so nice and makes sure he talks to us while taking our orders. The food is just as great as the service!
Used to be awesome, horrible now! The last couple of times I’ve been here, they have been out of almost all beer. They couldn’t make a cocktail with Red Bull because they were out of it (available at most supermarkets). No eating utensils when food was delivered. An Employee sat at the bar and sneezed off and on... disgustingly. I lost my appetite. Will not return.
My cheeseburger was extremely overdone, overpriced. And way too small for the small bun. Everyone else’s food looked fine. Should’ve gotten a salad. It looked good. Very disappointed.
I never leave negative reviews and would rather talk to the manager than putting it on Facebook, but after waiting 2 hours and constantly having to ask the server if our food was coming up soon, this was the worst experience I’ve probably ever had a restaurant. When we asked the manager what the deal was, he said “how should I know? I’m not a doctor.” Uhh, what? first time coming here and somehow their out of pickles I ordered the punisher it was good I knew it was gonna take a while but my dates side came out before her meal and her meal came out 20 minutes before my meal most couples like to eat at the same time one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant.
