All our thanks to Frank Crinite at Piazza Honda for another great deal. This was my first car purchase and Frank made it extremely enjoyable and not stressful at all! I will continue to return to Frank Crinite at this Honda because, 1) Service. He does what he says they'll do. 2) Price. You always get a great deal! and there is no back and fourth trying to get a lower price, the first price he gives is always the best deal! 3) Honesty. He never tried to push me to look at something beyond my budget or that I didn't need.
We worked with Frank Crinite. I'd hate to use words like amazing or awesome, but there's no other way to describe the experience of buying a car with Frank. Frank Crinite helped me get my wife the birthday present of a lifetime! He got me a GREAT DEAL on a brand new 2017 Honda Pilot!!! Not only did he help me with the price, but also with surprising my wife. He went beyond the role of a car dealer by coordinating shipment of the vehicle, full tinted windows, and storing the car until I was ready to surprise her. Thats not all! I cannot believe Frank Crinite. I always struggle with car purchases due to the fact I know zilch about them. Frank took the time to go over the inventory and guided me to the best car I have ever owned! His follow up and follow through is second to none and I couldn't believe how painless the whole experience was! I immediately fell in love with the Civic and Greg Repice went above and beyond to make it all happen. He answered every question, was knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.
I hate piazza Honda. The only reason I bought a car there is because the car sold me. I thought the sales people and the lady in charge of the financing gave me an attitude. If I was to ever buy a Honda again I would not use the Springfield store. Than the sales person got upset when we didn't finance. Never again. I love my Honda crv though
If you are buying a car- please go to the best! Frank Crinite at Piazza is so knowledgeable and wants to take good care of his customers. We're on #6? We refer to him because he's a man of his word and there's no question he doesn't patiently answer. Additionally, I'd like to mention that Damien who helped us through our paperwork was awesome as well.
