I had my Honda serviced because of a recall notice and I was impressed with the impeccable service I received! I didn't purchase my Honda at Piazza but I will definitely purchase my next one there. I felt welcomed and was treated like a Queen from door to door.
I've been a customer of Piazza Honda since 1999. I followed them from Drexel Hill to Springfield. I'll never go anywhere else!! They make you feel like family when you're there. And of course Frank Crinite is AMAZING!! He's not satisfied unless you're satisfied!!!

I was totally amazed, and happy with the experience I had purchasing my new vehicle at Piazza Honda of Springfield. The new location is a very nice, clean, and warm setting. My saleswoman, Tonya Johns was "Great". She was energetic, with a professional approach, and a very pleasant smile. She was very focused, and attentive , as well as informative about the vehicle. and seem to be very perceptive as she listened. I left Piazza Honda with a new vehicle that say's "that's you!🤗👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I had by far the best experience at Piazza Honda thanks to Mike!! Not only was he able to get me into a 2017 brand new Honda Accord, himself and Alex from finance went above and beyond and more then that to make sure I walked out with a car that fit my family and was great!! I can't thank them enough for what they did, I will absolutely be returning to Piazza Honda in the future. If you are looking for a car you NEED to go over and see Mike, he will not disappoint!!!
