On 11/20/16 a guy not paying attention smashed into the back of my 2007 Honda Accord. I absolutely loved the car and was devastated when I heard that it was a total loss. I started car shopping, but it was awful. I couldn't find anything I wanted, I just wanted my car back. Their service people are the greatest. They take the time to explain what they do and give helpful advice.
After visiting numerous dealerships with bad experiences, I was about to postpone my car search. When I pulled in to Honda I did not think I was gonna leave with a car in mind. Frank squillace was very patient with me and by far the best sales Rep I met that day! He gave me a list of all available cars in my price range. I bought a used honda from them, and traded in my jeep. I am over 2 and half hours away so i wanted to make the deal happen before driving all the way there, and they were super accommodating, and understanding of my time. We worked everything out in advance, and I fully expected a curve ball when I got there, and was ready to fight my way through to what I wanted, and knew I should get, but i never had to do that because they kept true to their word from start to finish. Rude. Arrogant. Cheats. Rip off. Scam artists. This about sums up the experience I had with Piazza Honda of Springfield. The managers need to re-train their desk monkeys to be a little more polite to the customers unless the managers believe allowing staff to talk over and interrupt customers is appropriate. Would never recommend this establishment.
