Emailed back and forth with the Internet Sales Manager, and after she quoted me a figure, I had a family emergency and hadn't responded in a few HOURS. Got a very rude email from her accusing me of taking the quote she gave me to another dealership for them to match...well guess what...that is exactly what I did after receiving that email!
Just went down to their body shop for a small knick on the bumper of my Odyssey. They couldn’t have been any nicer and Paul put some touch up paint on it. So nice and super helpful and didn’t charge me anything. We will be buying our next car from Piazza Springfield! Excellent service!
