Their Salesman, Frank was recommended by so so many of my friends through social media, including also family members that went to him, as well. Their service is perfection, too. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been truly amazing. It really means the world to me because over time, customer service in different stores & industries are totally failing and they don’t even seem to care. I 100% back these guys at Springfield Piazza Honda!!!!!

I needed a new battery and the express service got my car in and out in less than an hour.
They were rude when I tried to bring my car in for an oil change and were not helpful at all. That is why I'll be taking my car to a friendlier car service.
Every time I bring my car -everyone have been pleasant. They keep me updated on the service & if I need any additional required work. My only complaint - today while waiting in the customer lounge - there was a disgruntled employee complaining to another coworker & the conversation could be heard. Not only was he loud but he used the FBomb several times. My suggestion - close the door or have these types of talks away from customers range.
