Do not bring your car here for recalls unless you want to be bombarded with marketing calls, texts etc. I had to bring in our car for a recall. A few hours later the dealership called and tried to sell us an extended warranty. This was before they thought the car was even finished with the recall servicing. We just purchased a new car from Piazza and we were very pleased with our sales person, David Carson. He was experienced and informative about many different vehicles and we felt we got the best deal. In addition, the assistance from John Cantalicio, sales manager, was very direct and honest. I would highly recommend this dealership.
I stopped by without an appointment to see if there was any availability for an oil change. On a Monday afternoon at 4pm. I went in with low expectations and was comfortably home by 5pm with new oil. Fast friendly easy and reliable service that can’t be beat. I go out of my way to come to the Springfield location in particular. Keep up the great work guys.

We met Kenny Ma on the lot and were so impressed with his knowledge of various types of vehicles and his ability to help us decide on the right car for us. He is very professional and we particularly liked his honest and no pressure approach. We decided the next day on the Honda HRV EXL.
