I took my 2016 HRV for service and the advisor Rasheed Gary was great in explaining the work that needed to done. The service was prompt and courteous.
The service couldn’t be better John B. Was very helpful and knowledgeable . I am very pleased as always. The place and environment is cozy and clean.
I fully understand that you take oil changes on a first come first serve basis, but what I don’t understand is why a customer would have the ability to schedule an appointment online for an oil change and then be told it would take 2+ hours on arrival AND that appointments are essentially not honored. I left and took my car elsewhere for the oil change. We had a great car buying experience here but will hesitate to bring our car back for future service
