Waited three weeks for them to check out my 2017 Civic Hatchback for an issue the Civics are having with A/C condensers. When I called to schedule the appointment I provided them with the VIN number to see if the car was eligible for the 10 year / Unlimited Mileage warranty on faulty A/C condensers. I was informed that my VIN was eligible, good news right? Beware of salesman Jim Helmig. He will lie to you to get a sale. My lease was up but was waiting on a new lease. I was worried that I would have to continue to pay on my old lease but Jim repeatedly said I wouldn't be charged because I was getting another lease. The new car came in 20 days later and I returned the old lease. Now Honda Finance informed me that I owe a whole month on my old lease. They said he was incorrect.
