I was extremely disappointed with the cost of this facility! I went in for a sore throat during flu and streptococcus season because I work with small children. I waited for almost 2 hours to be seen and another hour for results. This for me was not an issue. I received my bill almost 1 month later for a step test that is all and to my shock they billed me almost $3,700.00! I am not one to leave bad reviews because I understand sometimes my taste and expectations are different from others, but this is OUTRAGEOUS! I am livid.... read more
RecommendedI had a completely lacerated lower lip that looked like it was going to be impossible to suture but I went in and the staff were incredibly professional and made my horrific experience much easier to handle. The process was quick and with only minor pain (mostly due to the lidocaine injections) and it was over and done before I knew it. Afterward I was amazed by the surgeons detailed work. My husband took me to our Physicians Premier E.R. the Dr. Cuerna and R.N. Kevin Ray were so kind they listen, took me right in, they truly care about there patients.. Thank you for the follow up call.. Our Community is Blessed to have ya'll here.
Very impressed with every aspect of this facility! The staff were all friendly, attentive and thorough. From Lauren at the front desk, to our nurses Amy and Linda, and Dr. Aldaz...everyone was personal, comforting and professional. They made my daughter feel at ease and ran much more extensive tests than we would get at a basic after hours clinic. I had to bring my 4-year-old sick daughter in there, along with my 6-year-old (who was just along for the ride). The staff was ABSOLUTELY wonderful, and took care of us in a very quick and efficient matter. The doctors were extremely thorough in their diagnosis and made me feel like they did everything they could to figure out what was going on.
