This Radiological Technologist, Blaze, had me back within 5 mins and in a room after I was stung by a wasp. Dr. Gulati was so professional and so kind when easing my worries. My nurse Tram, was kind a polite and reassuring when I started to panic and Didi, front office, was quick to alert the team of my possible allergic reaction. Thanks PPER RR!!
Not only was the facility immaturely clean and access was easy, the staff screened immediately upon arrival for COVID-19 and also required patients to wear masks and gloves. They also made sure we had plenty of snacks and dinner. But the best part was the care, concern, and respectful attitude exhibited in the care of my loved one by Misty and Edward. Amazing, clean, knowledgeable, empathetic, they have it all. I would not hesitate to return should myself or children need urgent care. They are extremely cautious regarding COVID-19 quarantine and put my mind at ease. Dr. Hatfield is the best!
