We choose to return because of the excellent care and professionalism that is given each time by every person we interact with. From beginning to end, our experience has always been positive. They’re consistent with their professionalism, kindness, and treatment of whichever family member has been the patient as well as the other family members present. We will continue to choose Physicians Premier for our family’s urgent care needs.
RecommendedMy wife and I took our 3-yr old son in this afternoon with a fever and headache. The staff was quick, super friendly, and as kind as could be with our young son. He even got some swag to make him less nervous. I will go here anytime I have an issue, and highly recommend them.
RecommendedI went in with a bad ulcerative colitis flare up staff was amazing Nurse Kevin Dr Hatfield and the whole staff were incredibly attentive and kind they kept me for observation when a regular er would have shoved me out the door. the next day the on call Dr called to ensure I was doing better. Thanks so much!!
