hah! they closed and are gone, great thing to do to a p-person that needs continuous care, nice jo9b calling them and letting them know they needed to get a new doctors!
have been going there for some years, just to go to find the doors closed, never a word from them, i have several medical issues that need continuous care, and hey could not send a letter or make a phone call telling me they were closing and going out of business!
first I was told to wait and they would call me when it arrived ,10 days later I called and was told to pre pay ,so i went the next day to pre pay ...was told that they needed to call supplier and get a price this was on thursday and the nurse who was calling them was off so they would call me friday ..it is now sunday and I just called the office and got an answering machine and it said leave a message after the beep ..THERE IS NO DANG BEEP AND IT HUNG UP ALL BY ITSELF
Just like the title, needed urgent care, a stitch or two and since I wasn't a patient their response was; Sorry about your luck, but since youâre not a patient the doctor will NOT call you!!!
I have used this practice for over a year love the doctors BUT there is a HUGE problem with the office manager, Mrs. Mersberger . She WILL NOT do her paperwork. The practice was informed I was going to a specialist for weight loss surgery when I started the 3-month approval process. I also informed them that I would have to get a sleep study done. Every time I have ever been to this facility I have wonderful care and a very respectful, kind staff. The doctors are very thorough and I now use them for my primary care. Would not go anywhere else.
Just moved to area. Went in sick as a dog. Short wait to be seen, Courteous and frendly staff and nurses. Dr. Mersberger was super. Very thorough and concerned. My thanks to all of them.
i have been to physicians immediate med 4 or 5 times and have seen 3 or 4 different doctors. every one of them were caring and very helpful. i have received better care there than at my regular family doc and i am now using them as my primary care. keep up the wonderful work. thank you for being here in dawsonville
Like Dr. Mersberger, frustrated with some of the other physicians. Have trouble getting test results back and getting the staff to return calls. Finally spoke to nurse was told she would call with test results never did. They could not find results. took a week longer to get results.
