With 5 kids, we have a lot of opportunities for illness and injuries. This has been my go to for urgent care because of how fast we get in and out, have attentive nurses and staff who take the time to listen and really want to help, and how quickly they help get you out and any prescriptions or care you need.
They charge multiple times for the same thing and don’t keep their books straight. No one in the front office can help. No one in billing picks up the phone, terrible experience
Not pleased. I have a high ankle sprain (Creekstone didn't tell me this, I got a second opinion) and took over an hour for a nurse practitioner to wrap it in an ace bandage I could have done myself. Never spoke to a doctor once and I personally think if someone's foot is twice the size of their other one and they are visibly limping that they shouldn't be expected to walk out with a cloth on their ankle. I was told not to use a boot or crutches because it will heal in a week by Creekstone, later told it's a six week recovery... read more
