HORRIBLE PLACE. Extremely rude staff. Made my 17 year old cry (she never cries), as she was extremely sick and finally refused her service when she only had enough money to pay the $50 copay (as stated on our INSURANCE card) with the words to her and her father "I have no problem not helping you". I went there the other night straight from work. I went with to address a health issue that has been going on for over 2 months now. The wait wasn't that bad but my issue was when I was with the prácticioner. Firstly she practical runs into my room does not introduce herself doesn't have any of my paperwork in front of her or anything to take notes with. Absolute non sense!!! Mis diagnosed, billed insurance for services not rendered. Paid for it upfront, then they turn around and sent to collections. Paid them again, now theyre sending to they're lawyers for payment!!!! They are a FRAUD, and are THEIVES!!!!
I came in for a spider bite on my arm. When I came in and got sent back to my room there was only me and one other person here. I have waited an hour and a half and still haven't seen a doctor. I've came here several times and I'm always waiting at the least two hours no matter how busy they are. This is just rediculous!!
Today I went to the doctor to have my blood drawn. This is a simple 10 min visit, however, they deemed it more necessary to take back 9 other people before me that were sick or needed a physical (long appointments). After waiting over three hours and watching people who just arrived go back, I complained. This girl then comes from the back and rudely tells me that I still had to wait, on three other people. Horrible. Extremely RUDE uncaring Dr. My husband was in extreme pain and was spoken to like he was an idiot and they did nothing to help. Don't go here if you actually want care.
I will for now on only go to the Urgent Care Center in West Point the doctor there with very informative and took his time with me I have been going to doctors among doctors 4 years and nobody has taken the time to explain to me why it is such a big reason to quit smoking just a simple is that something I know and have known for 20 years
Came in for follow-up from an MRI. The Dr I was seeing was at this location so I came to him to get results instead of waiting 3 days. I've been sitting here for WELL over an hour! ! The "reserve the right to triage" should only go so far! ! This is ridiculous! ! The McBrien rd location is MUCH better!
Daughter went in with a cold. Wanted to make sure it wasn't more serious. Waited over an hour, after being told they weren't busy, and then had a 5 min consult. Np did not listen to lungs, look at throat or ears. Gave her rx for antihistamines, cough syrup and nasal spray. No medical history, or he would have known she doesn't have allergies. 6 month refills on Zyrtec. Huh?
