The staff could not have been more spectacular. The wait was to be expected, but I was in and out in an hour. Receptionists, nurses, and doctors were all in a great mood and treated me with respect and appropriate haste. They listened to my needs and gave me great treatment. Even being as sick as I was, I walked out of there in a good mood.
What a rude staff(nathatha?) She so so mean. Don't visit. I asked her Wi-Fi password She said they don't have Wi-Fi anymore. Great service.

Recently switched from Primecare Walk In Clinic to this place and I will never go back! So impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the time they take with you, and the comfort and understanding they have always provided me!

I only put 1 star because I had to. This place should be called "physicians don't care" . I came in for chest pain and shoulder pain that had gone from bad to worse over night and I wanted to get an order for an mri scan. My nurse practioner was Autumn Redmund. When I told her my symptoms she barely looked at me and didn't seem to care that I was in pain. I didn't even get a smile out of her when I tried to lighten the air with a joke. I have been going to this urgent care for over a year. This past week was the first time I've ever had to wait very long. Them billing like a PCP actually does me a favor, saves me $15!!!

HORRIBLE PLACE. Extremely rude staff. Made my 17 year old cry (she never cries), as she was extremely sick and finally refused her service when she only had enough money to pay the $50 copay (as stated on our INSURANCE card) with the words to her and her father "I have no problem not helping you". I'm sorry I have to rate it one star. Too bad there isn't a negative star or even a black hole.
