Very friendly staff in office yesterday
30 mins waiting 6 mins doc face time Pls stop double booking and be respectful of others time. We all understand doc time is expensive but pls understand you are treating elders, moms who struggle with work, dads juggling in a tough economy. And their time is no less valuable than yours
I agree with the previous post. Front desk service is truly deficient and rude.
Update: I just spoke with the nicest team member, Aly, who answered the phone and took a message from me for Dr. Medhane. It’s the same professional, gracious practice that I have experienced over the last 15 years. I am so sad to read these negative reviews. Although I have moved, I still stay in touch as a patient with Dr. Medhane, who is the most amazing physician I have ever known. I want to hug her every time I see her. Thank you, Dr. Medhane.
