Found this company through Groupon but when I tried to book an appointment, their website failed to process it. Then, on 2 separate days, I called them but got their voicemail. Each time, no one bothered to return my call. What lack of professionalism and customer service.
Si hubiera 0 estrellas le se la daría hace dos días que estoy tratando de comunicarme con esta sucursal de llamar al teléfono en varios horarios por dos días dejando respectivos mensajes de voz para que me devuelvan el llamado y hacer una cita nunca atienden el teléfono y nunca te devuelven tampoco el llamado.
Dalys was my main therapist and she is wonderful. I came for the first time 2 years ago after a broken shoulder and she did wonders, that’s why I came back after my ankle surgery in May. She is really professional ,gives really good and tailored advice ,and she is really kind with her patients. Noemi is great as well ,and Lorena at the front desk makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this place ,you feel like you’re visiting your friends.
