First and Last time using their services from dropping off the clothe I was told to wait because 2 Durectors were out and only the Director can accept clothe and he was doing Meeting - AToday the Day of the viewing service was scheduled at 1pm we were told to wait until they put a veil - The veil took an hour to get there and it looked like a Table Clothe which for the price they charged me I'm pretty sure another one could be afforded - Duringbthe hour we waited people came and went and The Casket couldnt be opened until th... read more

When we buried our boys here in 2009 and 2012 Phoenix Memorial Park was green and well maintained. Since then over the years now we have asked for sprinklers moved so the area where are boys are could get water to the area. Never has been done. Over the years we have also heard they were getting new landscaper. Never changed.. Well, now the fences are no longer surrounding the cemetery so all kinds of desert wildlife have dug holes in the gravesites. The picture shows hole in middle of my boys’ grave.
