You never have all the details ready, no matter how many times you write them down when you have to say goodbye to a loved one. Everything went so smooth even with all the COVID-19 issues going on. When we called and talked to them no matter what the detail was they had it done for us. Mrs. Swanson was there one day and she treated my mom as if you were sitting in your friends livingroom. Even out to the Military National Cemetery was easy going with direction through the whole process. Thank you Dennis you have to be a spec... read more

I highly recommend American Heritage Funeral Home. My father passed away recently and we were able to give him a dignified service in an impeccably maintained environment. My father was an Army veteran—if your loved one was also a veteran, I can’t see a reason not to pick American Heritage. A key reason for this is that American Heritage has a close relationship with Houston National Cemetery. The staff knows exactly what arrangements to make, the questions to ask, and their expertise makes the process run smoothly. American... read more

When we buried our boys here in 2009 and 2012 Phoenix Memorial Park was green and well maintained. Since then over the years now we have asked for sprinklers moved so the area where are boys are could get water to the area. Never has been done. Over the years we have also heard they were getting new landscaper. Never changed.. Well, now the fences are no longer surrounding the cemetery so all kinds of desert wildlife have dug holes in the gravesites. The picture shows hole in middle of my boys’ grave. After my visit today, i... read more
