I am absolutely appalled at this funeral home. Just a week or so after my father-in-law passed away, I went in with my mother-in-law to pick up his cremated remains. It was an emotional day for all of us, especially my mother-in-law. We went in not knowing what to expect. We were told to have a seat while we wait for Brett to meet with us. RecommendedThe loss of a loved one is a difficult time for us all. When there are difficulties with the funeral arrangements it can feel amplified. Although the arrangements didn't go perfectly, I'm glad to recommend Olinger Highland because they really care about their clients. The things that could have gone better were addressed and followed up professionally and compassionately. I don't think our family could have asked for more.

I lost my baby this week at 14 weeks. The hospital I was at provided me with a list of pre-selected funeral homes to assist with cremation. I called and was heart broken by the false information provided to me and the lack of care. Aycock told me we would have to have a death certificate and physician sign off. We were informed that it would “probably take 2-3 weeks before cremation”. They then told me there would also be a fee ( which i don't care about price at all) but then they asked what our plans where with the ashes a... read more

RecommendedOur family has used this funeral home for our Mother’s funeral last year and for our Dad just last week. Julisa and Deavon were great and so helpful. They make the process a lot easier in a stressful time. Very accommodating. My Dad’s military service was great especially in this uncertain time we’re living in. If anyone is a Veteran I don’t know why you would not use them as they are right there at the National Cemetery. Definitely would recommend them.
