RecommendedMargaret & the entire staff at Serenity are so lovely. They make a difficult process much easier. And their grounds are absolutely stunning and meticulously kept. With one of the biggest rose gardens in all of Florida. Very lovely.

My parents chose a crypt so we dont have to deal with upkeep yet every time I got visit the family of the persons crypt above my parents keeps placing flowers that hang so long they cover my parents crypt and to me that’s so disrespectful and when I beg the office to do something they do nothing so I told them I will bring scissors and wire cutters and from now on I will cut the stuff hanging down over my parents crypt. They paid for their final resting place and I demand they have their respect.

Do a better job with the video feed, camera kept getting out of focus, couldn't hear anything that was being said and the laughing in the background (which by the way came through loud and clear) was VERY inappropriate! Green Acres could have done a better job! This was my Mom and this crap is the last memory I will have of her! For what you guys charged to bury her, everything SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT!

My mommy has been buried there you 11 months and she still has no grass. First he grave sunk in and was flooded that her head stone shifted, then they added more dirt but NO grass seed! I’m very pissed at the lack of concern they have to fix the problem

Sue, the green matter in the pictures you posted is the grass seed with enhancement to help it grow. This was done in the last week of July after your communication on July 23rd. I will check the status of it again as we have had conditions contributing to the slow growth. Hopefully the rain we had yesterday didn't wash away our efforts again. We will have this taken care of.
