When we buried our boys here in 2009 and 2012 Phoenix Memorial Park was green and well maintained. Since then over the years now we have asked for sprinklers moved so the area where are boys are could get water to the area. Never has been done. Over the years we have also heard they were getting new landscaper. Never changed.. Well, now the fences are no longer surrounding the cemetery so all kinds of desert wildlife have dug holes in the gravesites. The picture shows hole in middle of my boys’ grave. After my visit today, i... read more

This is where my parents lay resting. I’m glad I (we) sister and I made the decision to use this memoria park. I have a place to visit my parents whenever I want. Their services were very professional and continue to be. I am still in the process of purchasing a headstone and they respect my flower that I use to mark their spot by not removing them.

Very poor support during a stressful time. We had to completely rewrite celebrants speech it was so poor. It took two weeks to get the online video memorial working and it's now been two months and the engraving for my mothers niche door is still not complete although I was assured it would be. They are unresponsive to emails and when you copy the director you always get an out of office response. Perhaps if she stayed in the office more the place would not be such an unorganized disaster. I would never recommend them.

My half brothers dad was murdered Friday July 7th, while he and his family is busy dealing with the unforeseeable dath of their dad and trying to get a grip on things to come. Kimberly of Sunlands made rude and inconsiderate comments in a condescending tone to him. She had the audacity to tell him "These things should be planned.." that is totally uncalled for and not OK.

I purchased in full head stone and plot all together, almost a year and a half later the headstone is suppose to go in next week I was told after they forgot to order it, I kept calling the person I was dealing with and he never returned my calls, had to ask for a manager said it's on a truck on its way and he will send me pictures, you are suppose to approve the the proofs for the headstone never did get a call about that, so hopefully the headstone they are putting in is the right one, please I do not recommend anyone to p... read more
