I’m a long term patient. I called Phoenix Home Care to transfer from my home health I’m now in. I spoke to Jennifer the administrator and explained my situation to her. I told her the amount of hours I receive. I asked a lot of questions as I should. She told me she would get back to me I called back the next day to be told by Jade that Jennifer was on another line and she would get back to me Jennifer never got back to me. Very unprofessional, if they don’t want to work with you have the decency to call back and explain
I have had the BEST experience with Phoenix Home Care. My 96 year old mom (with dementia) fell in the middle of the night and was hospitalized for 4 days. I’m very picky when it comes to care for my mom. I am so fortunate to have had the very best experience! Maria is patient, loving, caring, kind and very careful with my fragile mom. I have been able to go back to work knowing my mom is receiving the very best care. I highly recommend Phoenix Home Care!
