This review is for Cedar Recovery, not this location. My previous Dr office was Phoenix Health and CR bought them out. For 2 months I have made 8 phone calls to them to send my PCP a letter stating they could no longer prescribe my medication that I am on. My appointment is tomorrow and these idiots still have not sent the letter. They are playing with my mental health because I might run out of my medication due to their incompetence. Generally pleased with the services I receive here. There were a few tiny hiccups while the system previously in place changed over, but otherwise everything is fine. My provider, Varenda, is very kind and responsive to my needs.
I've been seeing Matt in this office for a while now and scheduled an appointment for this morning months ago. 20 minutes past my appointment time I call and it's explained that my appointment had been canceled on their end. No call, no text, no email.. just canceled. I asked why and was told that there is an unpaid balance on one system which I stated I have already paid. I've been with this company since they started in hixson. It's been about 6 or 7 years now. They don't communicate. They've raised my cost 3 times even though I've been with them so long. I've been having heart palpitations for a month now and have yet to receive a call back after 3 weeks of trying. It's ridiculous.
