Literally can never ever get ahold of anyone. I was trying to pay my bill and still couldn’t get thru. Now I need my medical records to move away from this place and my doctor cannot get ahold of anyone either. Very unprofessional and should be reported as malpractice to patient care in all honesty.
This practice is the least professional I’ve experienced in 20 years of mental illness. It takes dozens of messages to get someone to return a call. Running out of medication has been a nearly monthly issue between two of the nurse practitioners here. Well it's not this doctor's fault but I have been trying to get a mental health appointment for 2 years since I have moved here from Alabama. And I have yet to get anybody to call me back. I need to get back on my meds that I was on before i moved. So at this point I feel like Tennessee mental health has failed me completely.
