I've been in their shop many times. They are extremely busy but very professional and treat me very well. Sometimes I have to wait 15 to 30min in their lobby as they take care of customers over the phones. The other day as I was in I heard Randy and his girls on the phone, I was very impressed on how they take their time with each customer. I recently was in the market for a 383 chevy stroker motor. I had already been to several other engine building businesss in Phoenix when I visited Phoenix Engine for the first time. Im so happy with the service that I have received this far. Phoenix Engine does amazing work and truly works with their customers. The owner Randy is great at what he does and he truly knows the business. I had since moved out of state and had some issues with my engine that I had to have a local mechanic fix for me. I contacted Randy and told him the problems and it being under warranty asked him to reimburse me for the repair. He immediately sent me a check for the amount of the repair and told me they had received a bad batch of parts and have since switched vendors. Since the last repair the motor runs like a dream, good job guys. Thanks again!
I wanted to take some time to thank the crew of Phoenix Engine for the amazing Windsor they built for me. I couldn't be more happy with the finished product! It was delayed a little bit but the owner informed me it because of some parts that were back ordered. Once I had the engine in my hands it still took me a couple of month for me to install it so it was no big deal. They took care of me when I called asking for just some questions on some parts that I needed. Overall I am so happy!! THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT ENGINE!!!!

I wish to extend my absolute gratitude at Phoenix Engine for the outstanding engine they built for me. I could not have been more pleased when I first received it. And after it was installed as you have to expect with these things I had some minor issues which they communicated diligently with the professional mechanic who performed the installation. They truly expressed a meticulous desire for excellence which is completely apparent with the final result. Again my thanks to Phoenix muscle for my totally rockin 350!!
I bought a 350 for my trans am from these people... I am so glad i found them. this thing works as a dream. not a single problem what so ever. 4 years in now i will not hesitate to buy a much beefier engine for my truck when the time comes.
