I’ve been having severe back pain and muscle tightness at 15 weeks pregnant. My Husband surprised me with a float for my birthday and my body has never felt more relaxed. The facility was clean and calming and the staff was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!
Restful, restorative, rejuvenating. My experience was perfect from the moment Tyler welcomed me. It was my first time and had no idea what to expect. When I left my entire mind body and soul were greatly impacted by the quiet hour of peaceful floating. Clean, peaceful, elegant modern details allowed for a beautiful morning. Thank you, Tyler and thank you, phlot, I’ll be back soon;).
What an amazing experience. The room was very clean and the employee was helpful in explaining what to do and how to relax. I really didn't know what to expect from the experience, my maid of honor surprised me with this visit. nearly 24 hrs later I am still feeling so relaxed and amazed. I feel like it reset my brain in the best possible way. Highly recommend.
The first time I read about this concept I was intrigued and knew I had to try it! This was amazing for helping the aches and pains - especially the back. I was very skeptical at first but felt amazing after the fact. I did learn that I am terrible at relaxing and need to practice that more often. So with that in mind, looks like there will be more phlōt in my future!
What a great experience and I will be back. Highly recommended
