Great experience. Surprised my husband with a Phlot for his birthday. He was very nervous and the staff were very reassuring and explained the whole experience to him before hand. After the session my husband couldn't stop talking about it. It was a wonderful experience and now I can't wait to try it myself.
Great environment, clean & comfortable surroundings. First time floating and it will not be my last! The calming healthy benefits are still felt the next day!

Great experience. I will be back! Everything was very clean, quite, and relaxing! So glad this is so close to my house. When I need a time out this is where I will be. Loved it!
If you have back pain and or joint pain this is the thing for you!! Also helps with muscle recovery after work outs! Very relaxing and helps with your thoughts. I'm not one that's a fan of complete silence, but I enjoyed this very much.
An incredible experience! I have done it two times now and helps with my mild anxiety and stress as well as some body aches! Everything is very clean and state of the art! The owner is very nice and knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you might have!
This was my first time floating and it exceeded my expectations. Phlot is the perfect place to go in GR if you're feeling stressed or just want to relax. The place is spotless and the owners make you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. They are very knowledgeable about floating and are more than happy to give you a tour and answer any questions you might have. I felt amazing - completely relaxed and stress free after my session and definitely plan on being back soon!
This was my first time floating, and it's certainly not going to be my last. Like anything new I went with a little apprehension, but the owner himself came and greeted me when I arrived. He was quite knowledgeable and was able to give take the time to show me how things worked as well as prepare me for what to expect.
