Interesting experience. Felt at ease and peaceful (when my mind was not wandering) Went in for stress relief and muscle relaxation. While in the tank, felt I was getting all of that. Afterwards, skin felt GREAT! My body felt relaxed. Had the best sleep I've had in awhile. I did feel that an hour was a little long though. All in all though, I'd do it again and would recommend.
I felt rejuvenated and the atmosphere is inviting.
Phlot is an amazing float center. Tyler and the staff will make sure you feeling super comfortable before floating your first time. Been back over 6 times now and I try to bring a friend with me every visit since I really enjoy all the benefits from floating. if you haven’t checked them out yet and your a local please do. you won’t regret it
I had a very relaxing float, I was 30 weeks pregnant at the time and I felt amazing after an hour float. I also had the best sleep that night; I wish I had more good nights these days. I facility was very clean and the owner was very kind and offered extra items that provided extra comfort made me feel safe. I will definitely be floating again
It was amazing. The place was neat and clean. I imagine the experience is different for different people. It took a little while for me to completely relax, but once I did it was awesome. I didn’t even know I was in the cabin after a few minutes. Totally freeing and relaxing. It’s hours later, and I still feel as relaxed as when I got out!
The water temp was a little low so that any movement caused a cooling sensation on the skin which takes away from the sensory deprivation experience. Also the buoyancy was a little less than other tanks I have been in. But all n all a nice place. Very clean facilities, large spacious tanks and friendly professional staff. It is great to have a place to float locally 🤙
