RecommendedThis is the first time in years that I felt pain free. The experience was amazing. The studio is spotless and Tyler, the owner, was so informative and great. I will be returning frequently and recommending to all.

Hey everyone, My name is David and I suffer from chronic low back pain. I had a four level fusion on June 11th. I would say that I was recovering well with mild pain. On July 12th I suffered a trip and fall. The pain since then has been unmanageable at times. Slower progress with significant pain. The staff (Tyler) was incredible! While waiting, I overheard a conversation between a potential customer and Tyler; he was informative, patient and had an answer to everything. Phlot values its new and existing customers - will definitely consider going again! The facilities are very clean, the atmosphere is relaxing and the floats are life changing. Will definitely recommend to friends.
If you've been considering checking this place out, stop considering and go!! I've been twice now and it's absolutely amazing! The staff had always been wonderful. Today's float I was more relaxed than my first time and did not want to get out of the tank when the music and light came on. I would have stayed all day if I could ;) It is such a nice way to break away from the world for a bit. You feel so relaxed and at peace ♡
I expected floating to be a relaxing experience but it was so much more than that. Being able to get away from the noise and stress of the day is exactly what I needed. The sensory deprivation is a feeling unlike I have ever had before. I will absolutely be back and I will be recommending this to my friends!
The serenity begins when you walk in the door. We were given a tour before before our first float. The filtration system keep everything in the tank clean, the rooms are well thought out and everything is provided from shampoo to earplugs. The experience itself is a step away from our busy lives. The water itself feels kind of silky and warm, very pleasant and relaxing. Afterwards a cup of tea before we returned to the hectic world. A day later and I continue to feel very relaxed and zen. I will certain Phlot again soon.
Staff is very welcoming and chill. Facilities are very clean and the actual “float” was amazing! Personally an hour was a bit too long for me but it was amazing🌊
