Recommendedwent in to get a car that I saw on the internet and left an hour and a half later with the car didn't try to mess with the price we had talked about over the phone
Long story, short version. I went in for an oil/filter change on Friday and was told it would be a three hour wait because they were short handed. I made an appointment for Saturday morning. I was on time for my appointment and still waited for nearly an hour and a half. When l went to the register to pay it was no charge. Thanks, l'll take that. In this day and age it's refreshing to know that there are still places that realize that the customers time is valuabel too.
My wife’s 2016 Explorer was repaired on time and we were provided a rental during the warranty repairs.
Judging from sign out front they are in high need of technicians. The lack of good, prompt service was extremely disappointing.
