Just took delivery on a Mustang GT convertible that I special ordered in March. This is the 3rd Ford I"ve bought from Philpott and have always been satisfied with the experience. The sales and finance staff were very easy to deal with, and they got me in/out quickly on the day I picked the car up. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at a Ford.
Good service dept. I've only brought my vehicle in for maintenance or to get a tire replaced. Service is always smooth with no problems.
Drove up and was greeted by Tabitha. She got me in for an oil change and tire rotation and back out in about 45 min. Awesome. Would have been 2 hours at the last dealership I visited. Thank you
I have purchased my last three Ford F150s here at Philpott. The service is excellent, the waiting room is clean and friendly, And my maintenance contract has proven very beneficial.
