Serviced my 2014 Ford Explorer yesterday at Philpott Ford. Greeted within 30sec of arrival and signed in. In less than 30min my oil change and tire rotation were completed. No appointment. Great job.

This review is of the Ford service Department. I brought my 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis in because it was overheated and since they change my oil regularly I felt it was the best place to see what was wrong. Richard greeted me and signed my car in and kept me informed of their findings. It needed a new water pump, thermostat & hoses and he gave me a price on the phone.
