Incompetent all around!! I have purchased 3 vehicles from them. It wasn’t until I started having problems with my 3rd vehicle that I realized the lack of customer support and gap in knowledge of their service department. After months of dealing with fords dreaded f250 death wobble, and phillpott “calling ford engineering for guidance” I never heard back from them.
