Two bikes so far from Phillips. Great no pressure, helpful service. I appreciate less focus on selling their brand and more focus on finding the what I want. Nice place to stop in and talk bikes with a very knowledgable staff!

I BOUGHT A VTX 1800R2 on May 16, 2015. Miles made the whole transaction smooth and hassle free. Alden and Miles both answered every question without hesitation, very professional. I was a little "bucky" about buying it, knowing my wife and I were taking it on an 800 mile trip the next weekend. We made the trip, through and around northern Arkansas and the bike was flawless.
