Went to Phillips pro cycle on 7/25 looking to get my wife a new bike for an anniversary present. The bike I wanted to look at wasn't functional due to taking a part off to get another biker on the road. Ok I can respect that. They took my # and said they hoped to have it going later that day. Just purchased a 17 r3 from these guys. Drove 4 1/2 hours to get it and barely made it there before they closed. They stayed late to do final paperwork and even helped me load the bike on a trailer. I got a great deal on this bike and they worked with me even more on price to meet my budget. Guys there are super nice and chill. Would definitely buy another bike from these guys.
Wow this has to be chalked up to a dissatisfied Customer ! Appeared to be A simple carburetor issue. They had the bike for five weeks with weekly phone calls from myself to inquire of the status. Felt like I was given a spin or run around on every call. I called and said I am coming to get the bike. They asked for one more day promising they would call in 24 hrs to give an update. Best customer service hands down! Bought a bike. Took it home for 2 days. Was not satisfied with it. They took it back, no questions asked, and got me on a different bike. If you are looking for quality used bikes, affordable parts, or great service then this is the place to go!
Awesome place! Wide selection from sports bikes to cruisers. The employees are laid back and will answer all your questions. Went to several places where the salesman would be to pushy, but not these guys.
