These guys are Great!!! Friendly, helpful and just plain nice! Highly recommend!!!!
They sold my wife an ATV and 2 weeks later the crank locked up. They disassembled it and when I wanted to take it elsewhere, they wouldn't put it back together. I am having to pay an additional 1200 after their salesman Miles hopper did wheelies in 3rd gear and I rode it 3 times with kids on the back no faster than 45 mph. Unless you want to over pay and get crap service, don't go to Phillips pro cycle.
I bought a bike from them not even 2 years ago and paid $5800.00 for the bike, have only put 6,000 miles on the bike and went there today and found a bike I would like to get and they said they would only give me $2500 on trade in. What a freaking joke. Haha. Guess I will never do business here again. How coukd you not even give me half the price of the bike you sold me that I haven't had for 2 years and the bike looks better than it did the day I bought it and have only out 6,000 miles on it.
