Your always greeted by friendly faces and it's definitely a place where you can find a great used bike and then get great advice on servicing and maintaining your bike. I'd give ten stars, but they only offer 5.

Great shop and staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, fair prices and their trustworthy! bought my bike there 3 years ago, they do all my servicing and get me all my gear. I would go no place else in southern Illinois. There is no place better to buy a used bike , in great condition, that they'll stand behind. I even love to stop by just to chat and look around. They treat you like family.
They actually took the time to help me figure out what I wanted for my bike, unlike other places that just want to sell you a four Wheeler or a side by side. I will shop there again.
Out of all the cycle shops in the southern Il, area. Phillips Pro is by far the best. The customer service was 10/10. I will Buy from Phillips Pro in the future. Phillips Pro has reliability and service you can trust.
