Bought a 2009 Yamaha roadstar from them had it 1 week intake gasket blew out of it they fixed it had new back tire and rear breaks put on there tire is not running straight it’s a Michelin commander II tire is ruined less then 2000 miles on it breaks are ruined and my rear rotar has turned blue were the tire is not straight and when I called them he said he would talk to the mechanic and manager of course no call back and now giving me run around but it’s ok lesson learned will NOT deal with philips pro cycle again
“Awesome buddy”...click. That’s the response I just got as I told the person who answered the phone that I would not be bringing my bike back here again. I took my 2002 Goldwing here because I was getting a grinding when I hit the rear brakes. Decided to have it serviced while I had it there. $80-$110 is the special (plus parts?).
