Phillip went way way way beyond any of our expectations of what a good realtor would be. He patiently and cheerfully navigated us through over a half dozen live video tours as we sought a good fit from our out-of-state home base. As I said to him as we finally closed in on the purchase of a wonderful new home, jokingly but with total sincerity, that given the number of hours he had spent with us and for us, his commission will net out in the neighborhood of .50 cents an hour!
