Dr Burd takes time to really listen. He gives you the facts but looks deeper than just that. He isn't in a hurry to put you through surgery if other options make sense. I am a person to him not just another case. My husband has been his patient for years too. His neck surgery, a complete success. My case may or may not require surgery. I would recommend no one else but him for anything spine related.
Saw Dr Burd to evaluate lower back problems. Very nice, explained everything to me. Feel very comfortable with him. I think he is conservative which I like very much. Did have a long wait to go to exam room, took x-rays and another wait. I was there 1.5 hours before I saw Dr. Otherwise, everything was very good
I have been a patient of Dr. Essay for almost 20 years. Always friendly and professional. Everyone makes me feel welcome and not a bother. Dr. Essay is straightforward and listens. Dr. Essay put a nerve stimulator in my back and seems to be working fine but cannot seem to get Nerve pro to contact me with any instructions I need to operate this.
My husband has required back surgery for over a year. He had another surgery which needed to be done and they told him to loose 45 pounds he lost 90! He is in extreme pain and it is starting to effect his neck. He has a poor quality of life because of the pain and lack of sleep due to he can not lay flat.
