Dr. Essay is so caring and wants to do everything he can to relieve chronic pain. I have benefited tremendously from his care!
He’s very personable and wants to help you attain pain free status.
Dr. Essay and his P.A. Kelsey really listen and care about helping you. Kelsey remembered me after six years. I went back after my chronic condition became unbearable again. They were quick to recognize this is a continuation of the same problem and I have a procedure scheduled for treatment just one week after my office appointment. I really like these guys.

Dr. Essay has very good bed side manner. I have had numerous injections trying to give me relief in my lower back since I had my L3-L4-L5 fusion with rods. Dr. Essay keeps on doing trials with injections at certain levels and will not give up till he has me pain free. Dr. Essay will sit with me and explain what he wants to do next and how it's done. I really like the communication he has with me, very upfront and professional
I found Dr. Essay to be a knowledgeable, personable professional who gave me options for treating my issue and after deciding treated my problem and solved it no surgically (which was one of the options). I highly recommend.
He is both professional and compassionate about his treatment of each individual case. What is good for one is not good for all.
I have been a patient of Dr. Essay’s for 10+ years and would never go to anyone else to manage my back pain. When you have an appointment, he takes the time to listen and explain what’s going on in terms I can understand. I feel like I am the only patient he is seeing that day! He truly cares about me as a person and figuring out what treatments work for me.
