Go elsewhere... Very bad spa. My wife and her friend went once and they were extremely rude and snobbish towards both of them. They decided to give it another try for the price, hoping it was just a one time thing, but it happened again a second time.
Disappointed!! My pedicure is not satisfactory!! The price was $30 and it really just consist of rinsing the feet (with a minimum amount of salt scrub in the water). I could have done this at home. Oh well, I will not be going back!!
My experience I love going to this spa, every time I go is a wonderful experience. I couldn't ask for anything better. I have gone to spas all over the country and this has definitely been on top of the list. I have seen the other comments, but I think they are very isolated situations, never at all have I experienced rudeness. Disappointed My daughter gave me a birthday gift of several services. The pedicure was deluxe/platinum. I was very disappointed. The pedicures I receive from the Asian salons felt better, looked better and no rough spots.
Relationship Manager Phillipe's services your very basic needs and complex. They offer several pedicures. The cheapest pedicure is $30.00, however it is just a maintenance pedicure. The pedicure is for people that have pedicures regularly. The more expensive pedicures will run around $60.00-$125.00. These pedicures last at a minimum an hour versus the basic pedicure is only 20 -30 minutes at the most. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - SNOOTY GIRLS AND RUDE BOYS. GROW UP!! CALLED AND ASK WHAT THEIR SPA RATING IS AND SHE WAS VERY SNOOTY AND SAID "I DON'T KNOW WHAT OUR RATING IS YOU JUST NEED TO COME IN AND SEE FOR YOURSELF".
Excellent management && Spa! Whether your visiting from out of state or are a local Philipe's Day Spa is the one stop service provider for all your spa needs. I came to visit a girl friend of mine in Indy and the two of us came for a girls day at Philipes. Not only were we greeted in a friendly and professional manner from the receptionists but the manager was very nice as well! All of our service providers were professional, nice, and fast! Don't waste your time (and money) on the pedicure! I have been to the Spa several times, each time hoping it would get better, but it doesn't. The facility is nice and the staff is generally friendly (just okay, nothing spectacular). I have gotten the pedicure several times, and each time I am very disappointed. After the service, I generally will still have a few rough places, which I feel they should use better product or a pumice. Front desk staff are snooty! I have been to Phillipe's several times, and each time I have the same experience. The front desk staff are rude and snooty, but the service staff in the back are very pleasant and professional. However, you get so uncomfortable before your appointment, that you NEED a massage to feel better. Then you have to deal with them again to pay. Ugh!
