He is very nice. Just make sure that you share his taste in hair styles. Don't assume you know his tastes and don't assume his tastes match your desires, based on superficial things. Don't look at the pics on the walls and think he cuts like that. Just make sure he aligns with your tastes!! If anything you'll have a nice time with him.

HE ONLY TOOK AN HOUR TO CUT MY MOM'S HAIR, MY HAIR, WAX MOST OF MY FACE AND WAX HER. AND IT WAS BAD! It was a bad cut for both my mom and I. As well he gave me a wax under my face that I now regret. I have PCOS and tend to grow a lot of hair on the underside of my face so I asked him to wax it. I explained that my skin extremely sensitive and that's why I didn't use chemicals like nair on my face. He told me not to worry and that this would help slowly thin it out. Philip butchered my hair. I just went in for a trim. He talked me into cutting off 3 inches, which was fine. Several times during the haircut he mentioned that he had a guarantee on all hair sevices, because even hairstylist have an off day. I thought his comments were odd. (He does not stand by his guarantee and refused to refund my money.) My hair was down past the middle of my back yesterday. I now have some hair at the crown only 4 inches long, major gaps, and definitely no blending. A child could have done a better job ... read more
