Easy to make an appointment. Staff very helpful and efficient. Dr. Havens gave good advice for recovery and ordered physical therapy.
Dr Havens has never disappointed me. He tries to take good care until the day no care can help. Surgery is next.
Dr. Havens and his staff are excellent. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my orthopedic concerns.
I fell and injured my hand. I called in the morning and was gotten right in for an x-ray and Dr Havens assured me that I had not broken anything and with time the pain would go away. If it did not I was to come back. They were great with the check in and handling the virus issues. Thanks to everyone.
Happy with all aspects of service
NOT GOOD. I came in because I was still having shoulder problems from an a/c separation that happened a few months ago. He was not helpful at all. He only did an XRAY and then said there Isn't much I can do besides take pain/inflammatory medication, or deal with it. He didn't offer physical therapy, option for MRI, or any helpful advice. He wasted my time and money. If you have a shoulder problem I highly recommend choosing another Doctor.
Never, ever will I allow ant family member of mine to be seen by this doctor. if I only knew then what I know now. Horrible.
This man is amazing! He has now done 2 Total Knee Replacements and a Hip Surgery. Never ever would I stay in Lima for ANY Ortho needs. Dr Philip Havens, THANK YOU!!
