Dr. Nieman was very friendly and took his time explaining my procedure before and after my surgery.

Dr. Marsh left me with severe numbness in my left foot. I kept telling them that there was something wrong a few weeks after the surgery. Finally, after him taking me serious he sent me to his colleague to do an EMG. When I went to get the results of the EMG study it showed that I did not have any feeling in my foot. I asked him so what am I suppose to do now. He simply said there is nothing I can do. The more I asked questions about what was suppose happen next the more angerier he got. Doctor was straight forward. He was easily relatable. I like his way of explaining and including my husband.
Dr Havens listened to my concerns and wrote me a prescription for physical therapy. He took the time to show me the broken bone on my X-ray. He is excellent.
He explained my injury and follow up care easily. Great communication.
Felt listened to and given options. Was also very timely.
Dr Havens is interested in his patients. Truly cares.
