Never, ever will I allow ant family member of mine to be seen by this doctor. if I only knew then what I know now. Horrible.
This man is amazing! He has now done 2 Total Knee Replacements and a Hip Surgery. Never ever would I stay in Lima for ANY Ortho needs. Dr Philip Havens, THANK YOU!!
He was the only doctor in 10 years who could fix my shoulder properly. Excellent
We waited 45 minutes for him to come in for 2 minutes (no exaggeration) so the nurse (very nice woman) could take stitches out. He didn't listen to us at all about how to the patient was feeling-- staff friendliness got 3/5 because all but Havens were very friendly and helpful!
Didnt help at all. He only read x-rays that came from a hospital to tell me the same thing they said. Very disappoint. And the wait time was over 45 minutes.
