Ppl care and not just push you through
Two separate total knee replacement surgeries. No complications. Recovery progressing well.
Staff was very kind and Dr came in shortly after being roomed. He listened to me and made his evaluation and explained his findings

Dr Havens did a wonderful knee replacement for me. So much easier than my 1st one 11 years ago. He is very upfront with what needs to be done and also very good with following up. I’m well pleased with him!

visit was fine. my complaint is my appointment was scheduled for Sept 3 2021 at 8:15 am. I received 3 or 4 e-mails from OIO regarding my appt. when I arrived I was told the doctor was on vacation. luckly I live only a mile away. if I had come from Ottawa or tiffin I would really would have been mad. You might want to review your procedures prior to e-mailing clients.
