Dr Havens did a wonderful knee replacement for me. So much easier than my 1st one 11 years ago. He is very upfront with what needs to be done and also very good with following up. I’m well pleased with him!

visit was fine. my complaint is my appointment was scheduled for Sept 3 2021 at 8:15 am. I received 3 or 4 e-mails from OIO regarding my appt. when I arrived I was told the doctor was on vacation. luckly I live only a mile away. if I had come from Ottawa or tiffin I would really would have been mad. You might want to review your procedures prior to e-mailing clients. We have a long standing “Family plan” with Dr. Havens. Not only has my husband and I had occasions to see him, but my husbands mom and our grandson! He greets us warmly and listens to what we say and has always done a great job in any service! We highly recommend.
Dr Havens was very professional. I have had both knees replaced and I am very excited about the outcome of both!
When another doctor, treated me like a hypochondriac, Dr. Havens listened to me, did an mri and a surgery. A year after my symptoms started, I finally can work full time without much pain!! I will go to Dr. Havens again if, I need to!! Highly recommend!!!!!! Thanks!!!!
